I couldn’t have loved this place more. I tried to extend my stay but wasn’t able to make it work - next time will stay longer. It’s clean, modern, beautiful views, the kindest owners. Only a few rooms so many times I felt I had the place to myself. Lovely breakfast. Great value. The one thing I’d say is there’s no chance you’re walking down that road/hill to the beach so you really need a car. It’s a perfect home base to hit the beach (5 min drive and lots of free, easy parking) and to explore Rhodes.

Lovely Hosts <3 with personal friendly contact all around the clock, perfectly clean (daily room service), perfect location with sunrise view directly from the bed. Room is fully equipped with everything for the daily needs. Heating/AC working perfect. Warm water support (which is not a matter of course in this area) working perfectly also. Stegna is a beautiful place to stay with a beautiful beach and many taverns around the corner. Special thanks to Maria and Charlie (her father)!

Flora and Kathi were such lovely hosts, from the warm welcome, the openness to help if and when I needed, the cleanliness of the room. The gifts left for me whenever they cleaned the room and the checkout. They made me feel at home and I would go back and stay there again for sure, I'd also recommend this to my friends and family.

Absolutely everything!!! The host, George is amazing! And it changes the experience completely. If you are in Stegna, I would most highly recommend the place! George even helped me to find a new place when I left the area. The most cozy and homy accommodation. Beautiful authentic rooms and gorgeous garden with a lot of shaded lovely places to seat and hang out. I will definitely visit here again!

Incredibly good value, a lot cheaper than everywhere else nearby. Quiet side road, very friendly hostess, air conditioning, balcony with a view of the castle on the hill, no complaints whatsoever. Archangelos is a lovely area outside of the tourist trap where things are more affordable and more traditional Greek style, with some beautiful secret beaches nearby with none of the annoying sunbeds taking up all the space.

The best place we have stayed on our frequent trips to Greece! Christos and Despoina are very kind people who will do everything for your satisfaction and still manage to have a friendly chat with you. Everyday cleanliness, clean towels - anything we needed was taken care of promptly by Despoina. Slow internet and once the electricity goes out? Well what would you want on an island plagued by huge fires. Still, at a time like this, Christos arranged everything we needed within hours. And you don't go on holiday to work! We can only recommend this place - Stegna - a few steps from the sea, in the place shops and very good taverns, car rental. There is a lot to see on the island of Rhodes, even if you "only" went to visit the Old City.
