The location is very excellent. It was very close to Blenheim Palace (the reason of my visit to Woodstock). This private owned business is very good. The rooms are very grand, luxurious and the staff are very kind, funny and professional!

Breakfast is provided, as is pleof tea, coffee, hot chocolate, orange juice. So I could have tea anytime of day or night, and was able to have my "wake up" tea that helps me wake up, then relax and have breakfast later. I had a shared bathroom which was kept clean, dry. A variety of good quality shower gels and shampoos were provided. The kitchen has all the stuff you need, even different types of glasses for various drinks! Every part of the house was airy, bright and spotless throughout the day. I enjoyed relaxing in the beautiful garden in the backyard. The area is quiet, safe and very well served by the Oxford buses, local shops, restaurants, supermarket. The staff were available to help, advice and meet my unique requests. All in all, a super facility that is well managed!
