Breakfast is provided, as is pleof tea, coffee, hot chocolate, orange juice. So I could have tea anytime of day or night, and was able to have my "wake up" tea that helps me wake up, then relax and have breakfast later. I had a shared bathroom which was kept clean, dry. A variety of good quality shower gels and shampoos were provided. The kitchen has all the stuff you need, even different types of glasses for various drinks! Every part of the house was airy, bright and spotless throughout the day. I enjoyed relaxing in the beautiful garden in the backyard. The area is quiet, safe and very well served by the Oxford buses, local shops, restaurants, supermarket. The staff were available to help, advice and meet my unique requests. All in all, a super facility that is well managed!

Typical English country hotel , understated luxury .Very nicely appointed , comfortable , lovely courtyard for drinks and dining . Mostly efficient attentive staff although very occasionally when busy the service can get slightly disjointed . Excellent breakfast . Dinner ok but only dined once and it did not quite live up to its AA Rosette rating . Nothing bad but not exceptional . Nonetheless a throughly enjoyable stay and would do so again
