Excellent breakfast, spacious room, lots of teas and snacks in the room which was a bonus, lots of character to the property. Kate was very friendly and helpful. It's a very rural, quiet location out in the sticks but we had bikes so was a 20-30 minute cycle to get into Rye and is close to Winchelsea.

Everything was perfect! The location couldn't have been more central, and it was very easy to walk there from the train station. It was so cool to stay in such a historic building, and the room was very comfortable -- bonus points for the king-sized bed and delicious breakfast. The owner was so friendly and helpful, too. We loved everything about our stay.
