Location was amazing, Tim was an excellent host. Extra special hut in Tim's field overlooking the Estuary, provided the perfect end to each day with a glass of wine. Could not ask for more especially considering the excellent value for money.

Situated in the pretty village of Kenn, the Ley Arms is a delightful pub and accommodation. The rooms are very comfortable, well equipped and beautifully decorated,and the outside blends in with the facade of the old pub. We ate in the pub every night and thoroughly enjoyed the food and great hospitality of the friendly staff.

The hotel was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom had a roomy square shower cubicle. I was only there for one night so it was fine for me but don’t expect bars and restaurants on your doorstep in the evenings. That said, the pub downstairs was very quaint and comfortable.
