Karen and Michael made our stay wonderful. They are exceptional hosts. The facilities were first class, and exactly as described on the booking site. Breakfast was amazing. The location was fantastic, very close to the beach, with a fabulous view of Orkney. If you enjoy a friendly atmosphere then you will have a quality experience at Westlea.

Located 9.5 km from Thurso, near Dunnet Beach, Bank House features free WiFi. The bed and breakfast offers a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with a hairdryer, free toiletries and shower.
Switzerland
We had a lovely stay at the Bank House Bed and Breakfast. Everything was exceptionally clean and tidy. Our room had a very large bathroom with bathtub (barrier-free) and plenty of hot water. Comfortable bed with heating blanket. There‘s private parking behind the house. Tourist attractions (Dunnet Head, Castle of May, …) in short driving distance. The full Scottish Breakfast was excellent! There are also several alternative options (including vegetarian). We highly recommend staying at the Bank House and would love to come back anytime.
