Great location in Mumbles just up and off the main road. Staff were friendly and provided safe bike storage for us, as well as an upgraded room to ocean view, which was really nice. Room was spacious and comfortable, and we were fine with in room breakfast, as this worked well for our cycle touring schedule. Mumbles is pleasant and popular place to explore and stroll.

The hotel is gorgeous and beautifully decorated. Either freshly decorated or very well cleaned or both, it was immaculate. We were welcomed wonderfully by the proprietors and had a spacious, quiet and comfortable room, with a view to the ducks nearby. And the breakfast was amazing and specially made for our individual special needs. A big range of food to choose from. A very personal treatment.

The top pick is the penthouse Egyptian suite … large room, with a very large bathroom with bath tub and shower Fantastic service and communication before/during/after the trip. The hosts provided a great self service free breakfast even though it was not ordered in advance.

A lovely comfortable stay in a beautiful home. The views are spectacular and the room we stayed in was superb, with an amazing shower! Bob and Olha were super hosts, friendly and attentive without being invasive. Unfortunately we had to leave before breakfast the next day but it smelt delicious.

Great location for visiting the local area. Overall a warm, well presented and freshly decorated flat.
