My partner and I had such a lovely stay here. The room was so lovely and modern and such great value for money. The staff were super easy to deal with and warm and welcoming, and the main strip and seaside are a very short walk away. Highly recommend!

Set just a 1-minute walk to the beach, and 11 km from Corfe Castle in Swanage, The Rookery Guest House features free WiFi access and free private parking.

I had to find lodging on short notice after my business trip was interrupted, and stumbled across the Rookery. The location could not be better for accessing the beach and coastal trail, and it was only a bus ride to Poole/Bournemouth, with fantastic views along the way. Alan was also a fantastic and welcoming host, with a wealth of knowledge and recommendations for visiting the area.

Situated in the coastal town of Swanage, The Sandhaven offers free MESH WiFi. Less than a 2-minute stroll from the beach and panoramic views of Swanage Bay, Swanage Pier is also 17 minutes' walk away....

The property was clean and comfortable, smelled really fresh. Our room was compact but fully functional, as described on the booking. Breakfast was delicious and the perfect portion sizes. Very well located, a few minutes walk to the seafront. John and Maxine were the perfect hosts, really friendly and welcoming. We will definitely stay again in the future.

The whole property is immaculate and breakfast was excellent.

The owner Clara went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable. She is fun to talk with and very helpful. We stayed two nights and the experience was a 10.
