The reception was excellent, owners really thoughtful. The place is spotless clean and tidy, really cozy room with great bathroom, and deeply quiet for a great night sleep. Location from the city pretty short, and very easy to move around. Breakfast to order was delicious, and the room favored talking with other guests. Great place to be in Stromness and the Orkneys.

It is above a pub so it can get noisy but we didn't mind it as things quiet down around 11pm. Very clean and fresh rooms, we asked for a room with strong wifi and were given one, very good wifi. Very easy to find, close to the ferry and buses. Excellent breakfast. We loved it!
