This award-winning B&B is a 13th-century manor house with large en suite rooms, many original features and plenty of charm and luxury.

On arrival at Molland House you can enjoy tea and homemade scones. Families with children of any age are welcome. There is plenty of choice at breakfast, including a full English breakfast and Eggs Benedict. Fresh fruit salad, juice, breads and freshly baked pastries, preserves, a choice of fresh coffee a hot chocolate and a variety of 15 teas.

We acrually booked the trailer in the grounds for self catering since we had the dog with us. It all worked really well and the owners were so friendly and helpful.. Couldn't have asked for more!

The location was perfect for a wedding at the village church. The staff was lovely, especially the landlady who treated us to the most delicious breakfast and really spoiled us with choices. The room and bathroom were clean and had everything we needed.

    Location in quiet rural village 25 minutes from ferry terminal, Lovely old Kentish pub kept to a traditional high standard maintaining character. Nice rooms with tea & coffee facilities. spacious garden area for dog to explore. Food was of an exceptional standard prepared by friendly chef, parking good despite not being secure.

    Place was old and a bit quirky but a great place to stay. Breakfast was super. So much choice and very tasty. All the staff couldn’t do enough for us. Great location. Quiet but near enough to Channel tunnel but we would use it again if visiting the area. Food in the restaurant was very good.

    quaint vintage pub in a quiet village - great bar meals or restaurant style too available. we had really delicious soup and snacks and enjoyed sitting by the fire soaking up the friendly atmosphere. the breakfast staff were outstanding and it’s the best breakfast we’ve had for many years at a B and B - highly recommended - thank you team Black Pig xx Claire, Switzerland
