The location was great for the event I was attending at the NEC with it being only a 10 minute drive away. I would definitely stay at Barncroft again in the future and would recommend it to anyone.

The house is in a fabulous quiet location with parking for 2 cars. Easy access to Solihull, Birmingham, Stratford etc. The house is absolutely sparkly clean and extremely comfortable. Everything that we needed to accommodate our stay was provided. We will be staying there again - it will be my first choice and hopefully will be available when we need it next.

Had a large, comfortable room with a nice view of the lawn. Jamie does a great job of keeping the place welcoming, clean and well cared for, including providing a great breakfast. Only minutes from the airport, too. Hope to have a chance to stay again.

I loved the family vibe from the accommodation and its owner Teresa and her lovely friend Maureen, they were so welcoming with great information to make my stay great. I had no 7 room, at the front, on a busy road which did not bother me at all, no major traffic from the road. Self catering kitchen was FAB, making tea whenever wanted to. the property was lovely! kitted with everything we needs for cooking, showering etc. lovely spacious place in a lovely area. I would definaltly recommend. also parking was great being at the side of the property.
