Jane is an excellent host! the room was comfortable with an en-suite bathroom and perfect for our short stay in Sittingbourne. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and made to order with fresh ingredients. Jane was also very helpful in getting our dinner reservation as well. would definitely stay if back in the area.

Room was very big and comfortable. In the room there is an electric kettle with coffee, tea, milk and also some bottlede water. There was also a hairdrier and an iron. Bathroom was small but very functional with toiletres. What was really exceptional is a back garden for the B&B guest with tables located on the bank of the sea canal. You can sit there in the eveninh with some drinks or food. They also provide dinner, if you like. Breakfast was good with decent variaty of choices; English breakfast was also an option. In the vacinity there are some pubs and shops.
