Breakfast was excellent & I was fed early the day I went to a running event. Location was excellent, just a few mins walk to town centre & about 10 mins to bus / train station. Landlady was lovely, friendly and helpful. Very quiet house, set back from the road so as quiet as countryside although in town. Spotlessly clean.

The gardens are beautiful and the spa was a nice touch of relaxation and luxury. The room was lovely and big and had a balcony. The food was excellent.
