Breakfast was generous - and fresh fruit was lovely. For evening meals, the Kings Arms is a short walk away, and does good beer and decent pub food. For an alternative to pubs, try the Salty Bay Pizza place, a couple of miles away, and very nice pizza and salad

Li was very welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. We enjoyed talking with her and learning about the area. Good location, near Clay Trail (for walking / biking), Wheal Martyn Clay Museum, and train station. Recommend seeing nearby train viaduct (by Brunel) and Menacuddle Well. Comfortable, spacious room; perfectly-done breakfast. Lots of fun books available for reading!

Bradleigh Lodge, bed and breakfast a St Austell

A 6-minute drive from the centre of St Austell, the family-run Bradleigh Lodge offers high-quality bed and breakfast accommodation on the south Cornwall coast.

Room "deluxe" with gardenview was exceptional. it was very tidy and roomy. the breakfast was delicious, because fresh fruit and really good tea was served. But what made our stay special were Martin, Lyn and Cath. Thank you so much for being so kind. Please stay the way you are. We love you guys!

Originally part of a Victorian boys’ school, Arches B&B offers guests a welcoming cup of tea or coffee and free parking at a nearby location.

Such a quirky and homely place to have as a base for my needs.. Nikki was very welcoming and the breakfast was just spot on for my needs. The room was very comfortable and also very quirky with lovely furniture (antique). For the price I literally can't fault it...warm and comfy. Added bonus...at least for me... Merlin...the German Shepherd.... probably the Least...no .. infact..the least aggressive German shepherd ever...he is adorable and very much a part of the arches b&b Would definitely recommend staying here.

Overlooking Charlestown Harbour, Pier House offers spacious rooms with traditional charm and wonderful views. With free parking and cooked breakfasts, there is also a popular restaurant.

wonderful location facing the harbor, we were given the best room with two floors and full view, the best food experience we had in Southern England for a reasonable price, friendly staff, dedicated free parking just 50 meters from the hotel, good wifi connection.

Set in St Austell, in a historic building, 23 km from Newquay Train Station, Station House is a recently renovated bed and breakfast with a garden and terrace.

Very welcoming, clean and a homely atmosphere. Breakfast excellent with a good choice of fresh fruit and eggs straight from the hens! Excellent double glazing which cut out all the noise at night time.
