Love the place. Unfortunately we had a change of plans, so was not able to stay overnight. We did check in for an afternoon nap, wish we can stay longer. The room is exactly as in the photo, very comfortable and facing the high street. Since it’s on the first floor, gets a good view. Bathroom is big and very clean. Want to come back again.

The breakfast was magnificent. Thoughtfully prepared and presented with fresh herbs and spices. Many of the dishes and sauces are family recipes. The experience exceeded our expectations. The room was cozy but well appointed. There are plenty of steep stairs both in the home as well as exiting the property from the back. Something to consider if mobility is limited. Overall, I highly recommend the property. The hosts were lovely, too.

We had an absolutely lovely stay at the Tea House. Brenda prepares a beautiful breakfast of fresh fruit, pastries, yogurt, and all kinds of thoughtful details. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the room spotless. We would definitely go back.

Our stay at Hayden's was a charm-filled weekend holiday. The staff were extremely accommodating to our special requests, the included breakfast was superb, and the location was easy access to all of the must-sees in Rye. We will absolutely be back!
