The hotel was in a good location for the Pantiles and Spa Valley railway. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were allowed to check in early, and when my partner had a migraine on our departure day, they allowed him to stay in the room for longer so he could sleep. The room was clean, and the shower was great. We ate there on the first night, and the food was very tasty. Breakfast was good. Another plus was the free parking. We would definitely stay again.
