Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. The room was well furnished and decorated. Plenty of hot water in en suite shower room. Had a choice of several breakfasts but opted for traditional English breakfast which set us for the day and was well cooked and delicious. Could have had cereal, yogurt, fruit juice etc. if we had wished. Sat in bay window for our breakfast watching the birds feeding in the front garden at various bird feeders. Ten minutes stroll to Richmond Square.

Very handy location for arriving from the C2C route. Emma and Mark couldn't have been more welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. Emma booked a restaurant for us and shared loads of useful local information. Good variety on offer for breakfast. Lovely toiletries in the bathroom. Good selection for tea/coffee making. Very comfortable room.

Fantastic accommodation, tastefully decorated and very comfortable! Everything you could possibly need has been included. Breakfast was amazing and Mark and Nicki were fabulous hosts. We would definitely recommend a stay here. It’s just a short walk to town, so very convenient.

Tea & coffee making facilities with mini fridge with fresh milk. Seperate seating area. Good shower. Great location 5min walk downhill to the centre of Richmond. Breakfast is served in the private seating area adjacent to your room. Bring your slippers as a no shoes policy however new slippers provided at the entrance. Free fast WiFi. Would definitely stay again.
