Lovely character property, the room we had was great, the owners, Simon and Maz are a lovely and helpful couple who made us feel very welcome indeed and made us feel at home, breakfast was excellent and Maz's home made marmalade and lemon curd was to die for, so tasty, if there is a down side, I'd say it was that there was no parking at the property due to its location, so it was a fair walk to the carpark, but having said that, we had a free parking pass provided by the owners which saved us £40 in parking fees 👍couldn't fault the place tbh,.👍😉

We loved EVERYTHING! We had chosen this B&B for the on site car parking and the location (right outside Polperro centre, close to bus stop). As it turned out, our car had broken down before our arrival so we had to make do without. We could not have chosen a better place to relax after a stressful experience! Jackie and Simon are just the sweetest hosts and our room (downstairs) was perfect: everything immaculately clean and well thought through, with an eye for detail. Polperro itself is just lovely. We got to see The Fishermen's Choir in the church and their group "The Wreckers" at the Ship Inn. Cornwall stole our heart and Jackie and Simon just belong there! An extra THANK YOU to them for preparing sandwiches for the road on our return by taxi-train-taxi-Eurostar-taxi! We got home safely and recommend you fondly to all who visit your area of the world! The location was great, the room was very clean and comfortable with loads of space. The food was good as were the breakfasts. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back at some time and recommend to anyone who would like a break in Looe.

There are many benefits of Bed and Breakfast Accommodation. The owner, Sharon, was welcoming and extremely helpful. Sharon could provide information regarding eateries, our drives and tourist activities. Much being only info. known to the locals. Sharon wasn't intrusive and provided this when asked or during general conversations having breakfast. The opportunity to chat with other guests who reside in England but staying at this Bed & Breakfast was one of the benefits of a Bed & Breakfast. The breakfast was the perfect way to start the day and we tried all options over our several days here. Ate everything on our plates which says it all really! We had a hire car and there was parking in the street for it. Our room had doors opening to a small balcony, overlooked the bay. So pleasant to sit and have a drink. The Accommodation is on a hill, but as Sharon says, as a Cornwall local - "This isn't a hill." It's the most pleasant walk from here into town and we enjoyed it daily.
