This was a wonderful place to stay. Alistair and his wife were excellent hosts, very welcoming and only to happy to help with local information. Great value for money and great location. The room was very clean and comfortable and breakfast superb.

I would say to anyone looking for accommodation in Perth to look no further than this accommodation It is wonderful you are welcomed by the host Caroline who explains all about the location takes you to your room We asked Caroline in regards to restaurants in the area and she gave us a map with local eateries all marked Everything is walking distance park your car at the front door and walk to the local shops across the road or walk into the city about 5-10 minutes Recommend this is s 5 star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️accomodation location and most of all a wonderful welcoming host

We received a warm welcome upon arrival and were given a quick and helpful tour of the room which had everything we needed. It was cozy and quiet, it came with a kettle and a quick breakfast of porridge, otherwise we were recommended a place for breakfast nearby and a selection of restaurants in town. We came by public transport, the bus stop is a short walk from the Guest house.
