Room was very modern, clean, warm with nice en suite shower room. Bed very comfortable and TV was nice to watch the rugby World Cup. Nice natural shampoos and body washes. Easy to come and go with front door key. Big modern kitchen with slider doors to garden. Nice breakfast with fruit option. Vanessa the host friendly and helpful.

It is a private members club not an hotel so it’s like staying in someone’s country house despite being in the centre of Newmarket. It was exceptionally clean and quiet. The staff were friendly, helpful and informative. Breakfast was good and a visit to the bar in the evening is a must. There is a dress code and it is just courteous to respect it.

Also it was lovely and quiet so we had a great sleep. The room also had a fan for warm nights and the staff were lovely, very welcoming and helpful. Great private parking area.
