Upon arrival, Richard surprised us with delicious scones and tea. The house is set up high on a hill and our room had the perfect view. Fantastic breakfast, very clean and beautiful rooms and very comfortable mattress. Richard and Robert are the perfect hosts, thank you.

Gable Lodge was perfect! The rooms were very clean, smelled nice and a good size. The bathroom were also nice and also very clean. There were also some lovely toiletries and overall the rooms were 10/10

Our bed was bigger than a double, which was a bonus and it was very comfortable. The hotel is in a great location, very close to the cliff railway. Even though the hotel is on the main road it's very quiet at night and we slept really well. I would recommend the fresh fruit salad with natural yogurt for breakfast. Good hosts, particularly Jane who is very friendly.
