Maria is an absolute delight! She is always engaging with the guests trying to make them feel at home, at least that's what it felt like to me. The breakfast was excellent. They won an AA eggcup award in 2019. They deserve another. Breakfast is pre ordered the previous evening. Very efficient service. The hosts are very pleasant. There is a comfortable sitting room with an honesty bar. Lovely garden. Good instructions given for finding the property - these need to be followed carefully.

Robert and Richard are extremely helpful to settle us in to our room and explained in detail about the town. They made good recommendations on restaurants and places to go. The room is spacious with a nice view. The breakfast is delicious. We highly recommend Highcliff House.
