the staff were very friendly, our room was very spacious and very good parking space for our car; small but nice breakfast buffet with a nice big selection for your freshly prepare main breakfast dish - very nice touch and delicious; also the free internet was very fast

Powerful-pressure shower, lovely bathroom... Huge comfy bed,... even with a single-room accommodation. I slept so well! During the day it was advisable to block out direct sun & heatwave by means of closing the curtains, at night times the room could be aired by opening doors & mansard window. Air Condition is there but wasn't required this way. The breakfast is just outstanding, everything fresh & home made, selected Mushroom Caps to host five or six Mini Cocktail Tomatoes , a lovely even artisan arrangement _ easily within my "ever top-3": A++++ 15min to Leicester City centre; ideal for Sightseeing Visitors that are Nature-Lovers

We were attending a wedding at a nearby venue and were struggling to find hotels that offered family rooms. We were lcky enough to find Charnwood Regency Guest House who were more than helpful. Our room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was lovely. Staff were friendly and accommodating and the decor was lovely. We'd be happy to stay here again!

Room was very clean, with tea and coffee making facilities and a tv. Bathroom was small but adequate and very clean. I didnt get to use the Spa as we were at a party and had to get back early in the morning.

A perfect country pub both for locals and visitors. Well situated, being in the countryside but not far from major routes and East Midlands Airport. The staff were outstanding, both friendly and efficient. Over the three nights of our stay it was good to see the seamless teamwork that made us feel so very comfortable. The food - both breakfasts, snacks and dinners were all delicious, freshly cooked and not just the same old standards found elsewhere. We will be back on our next trip to see family in the area.
