Large, cosy, and clean room with private bathroom across the landing. Excellent location in the centre of Lewes convenient for train and bus station but still quiet. Kay was very welcoming and provided a good healthy breakfast, including fresh fruit and juice.

Booked all the rooms at the venue for our Wedding reception. The rooms were spacious and well decorated and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.
