Nestled in the Chiltern Hills, just north of the River Thames as it winds through Buckinghamshire, The Stag and Huntsman is situated in the picturesque village of Hambleden.

Located in a wonderful English village, the room, food and service were all exceptional. We doubled checked our bill because we thought the value was so exceptional.

Badgemore Park, bed and breakfast a Henley on Thames

Located just 2 minutes from the centre of Henley on Thames, Badgemore Park offers accommodation within the grounds of Parkland Golf Course.

Room was very modern and new, sptlessly clean. There was an electric kettle with the variaty of coffee, tea, milk cookies and water. Bathroom was very functional with toliletres and very good shower. We also like the breakfast - you could chose from the menu (they also provided English breakfast). Free parking just outside the building. They also offer dinner (until 8 p.m.), if you like. The facilities are about 5 minuts drive from Henley on Thames, which is a lovely town with plenty of pubs, shops, ... There is a walking trail to the city (about 20 minutes)
