The staff were great and facilitated our changing schedule. It was really easy staying here and we would definitely return when in Liverpool.

Huge room and very comfortable king size bed were superb. The bathroom was also excellent - everything was spotlessly clean. The rooms in Eastfield have the use of a communal kitchen which was very useful. Communication about entering the property was also excellent

I was expecting a house style b&b to then find an extension of rooms along the garden was lovely and felt more private. Ian was a very charming and attentive host. Breakfast and the breakfast room was lovely. It was also very nice to have access to that room throughout the stay to store drinks in the fridge or eat your take away in the evening in there instead of in your room. I will definitely recommend.
