This place is a gem! The woman who owns/runs it is extremely sweet and really wants everyone to be happy. The breakfast was terrific, and the room/bathroom and parking were all great.

Absolutely everything. Dawn was a perfect host and nothing was too much trouble . The guest house is remarkable clean, welcoming and homily. Breakfast was amazing. Will definitely stay again
