The rooms were very comfotable. The cake in each was was over and above expectations. The breakfast was delicious. And the people were very very nice. If and when we come back to scotland, I would make this our base.

Property was clean and had everything you need for comfortable stay and small milk in fridge and biscuits to get you started. If you don’t want to cook there is pub bar and Quayside chippie & restaurant no 5mins walk away. Great if you love to walk its 20mins walk to Inverbervie along coast.JaniceYoung couple

Lots of amenities provided and the host gave us a small tour and helped us with things we could do in the local area. Lovely décor. Beautiful views out the window onto the ocean, quiet and tranquil. Lots of walks in the local area and it was also very well located to visit Johnshaven.

Short journey to Inverbervie with excellent shops. Saw a whale in the bay one evening!

From the property it is a 5 minute walk onto a tarmac path beside the sea leading to the next village so great for dogs.
