Absolutely perfect stay in Folkestone. Everything was perfectly appointed and thought out. Every time I thought “I wonder if they have ______” it was in the room. Beds and bedding were so comfortable, bathrooms were spotless, fridge had milk, every single thing we needed or wanted was there. Location was excellent for walking to a concert on the coast. Host was so friendly and helpful. Could not have been more perfect!

Amazingly helpful and friendly owners. The cooked English breakfast was the best we've ever had in a hotel or B&B Fantastic room with loads of space and very tasteful We asked for a quiet room and it certainly was! The whole experience was wonderful and we'd highly recommend
