Quite possibly the best B&B we have ever stayed in, and we have stayed in many. The location is ideal for both the seafront and the town, and the room we had was excellent. Spacious, airy, the room has everything you could possibly need - even a hot water bottle. The fridge was a bonus too on such a hot weekend. After a fabulous night's sleep we were presented with an excellent breakfast, which we only just managed to finish because we'd had so much of the fresh fruit on offer. If you are planning a visit to Exmouth, look no further for your accommodation as you won't find better elsewhere. Thank you Ian, for such a wonderful time

A charming hotel, with a big car park, in a great location on the sea front and also only a short walk from the town centre shops and cafes. Outside seating areas to enjoy the good weather and a G&T from the bar. Very courteous and helpful staff throughout made for a relaxing atmosphere and I was happy with my comfortable room (booked with a lovely sea view) and bed. Enjoyed the breakfast.

The hotel is in a great location for a quiet relaxing holiday. Our room (suite) was well appointed and large. The views over the garden are excellent. The staff were great, very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was self service and as substantial as we wanted it to be.
