Nice to have a B and B where the room is separate from the main house. We are never keen on a cooked breakfast and the fridge was very well stocked to give us a hearty and healthy breakfast. Also nice to have a coffee machine.

Lovely to sit down and have a chat with the owner, thank for making me feel so welcome Natalie. It’s proximity to Batemans for a Rudyard Kipling immersion is worth a stay alone.

The room was comfortable, tasteful and very clean. Bathroom was very nice too. We really appreciated the welcoming with brownies, fresh milk and hot chocolate in our room. Breakfast was very good and staff very friendly. Everything was perfect and we really enjoyed the stay.

Would definitely recommend and will make a return visit.

Kate welcomed us on arrival and also checked all was okay during our stay. The rooms were clean with comfortable furnishings. A very good continental breakfast was provided. The annex is in a quiet location and close to a number of NT properties, Bewl Water and Bedgebury Pinetum.
