Didn’t like anything This house is used for people living in it , house of multiple occupancy not a hotel , had a really bad smell , no hot water and the milk cartons for tea and coffee was off . I would never stay there again

the property was very clean , the staff were really friendly and kind . it had a lot of shops nearby and very close to the bus stops .

All was good. a good choice according to the price. the staff was helpful and let us put the bags in the hotel in the early morning for later check in- thank you!

We did love absolutely everything about this B&B! Avril and Angus are very kind people, the house is beautiful, the room so spacious and there's everything you need - and even more e.g. opportunities for fresh coffee and tea in the room, fresh fruits, cookies... The breakfast was incredibly good, the bread, fruits, the eggs, croissants, fresh orange juice - we couldn't wish for more and will definitely come back when we're in Newcastle again. Last but not least: It's just a 20 minute walk to the city center - or a few bus stops, so it's situated in a pretty good area for a city trip!

Basic but super clean, great value accommodations in an interesting and diverse neighborhood of Newcastle. I would definitely stay at The Brighton again.

I stayed in room 301. It was clean n comfortable with good shower facilities. The window opened to air room. The WiFi was poor quality in this room the night I stayed. (I stayed in a different room previously n WiFi was really good). Very good room with fridge n tea coffee and hot chocolate. Def recommend
