We loved staying at Bootmenders! Thank you, Jenna, for making us feel so welcome in your beautiful cottage and for providing the most delicious breakfast, especially the hot cross buns for Easter! Bootmenders was exactly as we had hoped it would be - a homely, cozy cottage surrounded by a lovely winter’s garden. The main room was warm, the bed was very comfortable and the little kitchen was well appointed for preparing our breakfast.

A glorious English country pub about an hour away from Heathrow, and very close to Jane Austen’s house. The whole place is thoroughly lovely. You expect Mr Darcy to ride into the pub yard any minute. it suited us completely. The nearby walks are really good. Also, I can’t remember a place where Lisa and I were so warmly welcomed by the locals.

Absolutely stunning, so beautiful. The room was so pretty and comfortable. Tea and coffee available in the room and the most delicious breakfast in the morning, fresh fruit and pastries, cereals and then a cooked breakfast. Marjorie was wonderful who went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Her little 3 legged dog milo was just the cutest little friendly boy too.

A very nice and cozy apartment with underfloor heating, it was wow ;) It was very clean and we had everything we needed for our short trip. Zoe is a super host, I have never seen such a nice host like her. She brings you the breakfast in the room and she gets always sure that everything is fine and helps you if you need something.
