We stayed at the Swan to go to Market Rasen races, check in was easy, allowed to pop cases in room, breakfast was lovely and the rooms were spotlessly clean and comfy. We’ve stayed before this visit and will stay again!

The long-distance footpath, the Viking Way, is less than 15 minutes’ drive away. Lincoln city centre can be reached after 25 minutes’ drive and Cadwell Park racing circuit is within 40 minutes’ drive of the Advocate Arms. The Hubbard Hills are a 35-minute drive away and are a pretty picnic location.
Free Wi-Fi access, tea and coffee making facilities and a hairdryer are also provided in each stylish room. All rooms have a large private bathroom, some with both a bath and a shower.

Our room was large with a lovely view from our window of the quiet countryside. The breakfast was excellent. Parking was also great as you had private parking around the property. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis and the breakfast was a very good with everything that you could want and set in their beautiful Georgian dining room. Grounds are lovely with fields all around and very quiet. Our room was lovely and clean and very cosy. Would definitely stay again if we were in the area. Generous parking which allowed us to park our car and trailer for a days racing at Cadwell was very handy too.JoannaPeople with friends
