The house was spotless and we were greeted upon arrival by Steve who kindly took our bags into the house and upstairs. The bed in the penthouse room was very comfortable and the room was immaculate with all sorts of tea and coffee available.

The pub itself was wonderful staff were helpful and friendly and so we're the Patrons. The room itself was amazing for the value it was amazingly cleanly, the facilities presented are far better then those of a lot of hotels I've stayed in including big branded hotels. Despite only staying for one evening to break up a long drive it has left a amazing impression on my and if I am ever in the area again I'll be sure to book again.

Excellent buffet style breakfast. Plenty of choice and food very good. Hotel location is very quiet - just far enough from main roads to ensure a good nights sleep. Plenty of parking and it does have a lift for heavy bags. Everything one might need is nearby; supermarket, gas station, car wash, etc.
