Quiet location within a hour's travel time to Dundee or Perth if you want to travel into city. I was in a nice room with quaint features, but everything you need for a peaceful space. The facilities are self catering however the hosts supply a continental type breakfast along with with fresh milk for your cereal if you want which was a nice way to start the day before going out for a day of being a tourist. I travelled alone and felt safe within the premises.

use of the common lounge, the quietness of the location, no Wi-Fi in the bedroom, it’s good getting off a phone for 24 hrs, tried a continental breakfast for first time and it was delicious, excellent shower in the cow themed room, ground coffee in bedroom teaboat.

Lovely welcome, room very small but as expected with private bathroom. Nice shared area with continental style breakfast available which was gratefully received. Room had own kettle and coffee plunger with ground coffee in kilner style jar. The Wee Bear Cafe is a fantastic space and the food platter did not disappoint. Really appreciated the home from home feeling and the setting is perfect.
