The location is perfect because it's close from many lovely places in South Devon. It is very quiet and peaceful. The hosts are amazing, welcoming and very friendly. Good continental breakfast. We loved it

It was located in a charming village location, the room was very spacious and bright, absolutely massive and comfy bed. The views from the breakfast room were stunning, breakfast was great and host absolutely lovely. Would happily stay again. Thank you!

Absolutely lovely host, a real "bed and breakfast" atmosphere. An easy 15 minute walk from the bus stop in Kingsbridge, or a quick 2 minute taxi ride. The farm and grounds are beautiful and the room itself is massive like a suite. Heated floors in bathroom with a sizeable tub and separate shower. I will definitely stay here again when I am in Kingsbridge. The host even gave me a ride into town this morning so I didn't have to walk in the rain!

The hotel was refurbished last year and has been done to a very high standard. The staff were really freindly, welcoming and helpful. The loacation is absolutely superb, right on the back front in one of the most beautiful Devon coves.

The choice of breakfast was excellent. The dining area was very well designed, as was the rest of the building. The bedroom was warm always. Scott and Alistair were very accommodating and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. The weekly Thursday Italian night menu was excellent.
