We were traveling with our son and two young grandchildren. We were completely frantic because of logistical issues before reaching the hotel. Bob the manager was the most understanding person. He helped settled us in, helped us order pizza as our sim didn’t work, our credit card wasn’t accepted, we had no cash, etc etc. Bob helped us for half an hour to help us order the food and review our travel plans for the next day including booking the cab. The perfect host! A true gentleman!

We had an excellent customer care service from Mandy and the rest of Team. Our room was comfortable, cosy and spotless (daily check and tidy up). Gardens are wonderful and very relaxing. We had our breakfasts included and evening meals which were freshly cooked to perfection.

Host Kathy was very welcoming and very accommodating throughout my stay. She checked in and tidied the space every day. A nice Continental breakfast was laid out each morning in the adjacent dining room. Location was perfect in relation to where my family live and it was easy for them to access to pick me up for days out. Location was close and in walking distance to the railway station and the Lexicon mall. Has the best walk in shower! Lots of hot water and great water pressure. I utilized the small fridge provided and the microwave. Good secure wi-fi and TV and lovely garden to sit in if you want to. The location is very quiet and the annex is light and bright.

The place was really clean inside from the reception area to inside our room, even the parking area was tidy. Kettle with tea, coffee etc... mugs, plates, knife, fork & spoons and a fridge. Large walk in shower, fresh towels and linen
