When we arrived, we were greeted with a very warm welcome, we then were shown our room which was in an exceptional condition, bed was very comfy, minibar had a great selection too and the view from the common balcony was quite nice too as we could see Lough Neagh in the background from it. Also breakfast was delicious and when we checked out the next morning our host gave us a goodie bag containing crisps, porridge bar and a bottle of water for each person after we told him that we had a long drive ahead so they looked after us really well and next time I will be visiting the area, this will be the first place I will check for accommodation.

Amazing location, so beautiful and perfect if traveling with a pet and want a spot outside of the city. Charlotte is a perfect host and went above and beyond for me, after a long travel in from America I felt like I was at home! Thank you for being so welcoming. Will definitely be back for a longer visit to explore the beautiful area.

Beautiful setting! Would definitely visit again the bed was so comfortable, breakfast was delicious Primrose was so kind and asked what we would like and at what time. We had been thinking about our dog back home so seeing and hearing her dogs run about was lovely! Went for a little walk the next morning around the area and the roads were very quiet.

Room was great, bathroom stocked with a basket of toiletries. The hosts made us tea and coffee upon arrival, and breakfast to order the next morning. They then drove us to Belfast airport, which we weren't expecting at all. Saved us from a 40 minute walk to the bus station.

Always a warm welcome. Breakfast is excellent with home cooked bread and plenty of choice in a cosy room around a dining table so a chance to chat to fellow guests. Rooms are clean and comfortable and beautifully decorated. There is a great view of Lough Neagh from the bedroom window. Although not far from the airport we were not disturbed by aircraft noise. It is also fairly convenient for the ferry.

A very clean and homely atmosphere with professional and service minded staff. This bed and breakfast is situated beautifully in the countryside. Easy to get there by car or taxi.
