If booking.com gave extra stars for extremely good accommodation, The Parc Place would deserve them. We stayed five days and nights and would have loved to prolong the stay there, if it had been possible. You will be welcomed and hosted by a most charming English couple. Obviously they not only put a lot of work but also love into modeling the place - and that's how they run it, too. We had booked the "Suite" on the top floor, which we found to be a full-fledged appartment, including a fully equipped kitchen. Add a beautifull big balcony, with sliding doors that can be fully opened to the living room, plus another balcony on the same floor outside the appartment. Both appartments on the middle floor also have a big sunny terrace-balcony, that can be used by both parties. In addition, there is a kitchenette on the middle-floor, with a filled fridge with all kinds of beverages - for your free disposal. The bath room on the top floor suffers a bit from the slope of the roof, but the tub-shower is strategally well placed, so I (1,95m) had no problem to get under it. For the basin a stool is provided (I learned to love shaving in a sitting position). All other appartments probably don't have that problem. The bed was huge and comfortable; very good mattresses. Unfortunately we did not really use the suite, due to being under way most of the day. Breakfeast will be in the sunny annex on the ground-floor. Everything is abolutely fresh (including the flowers on the table); the eggs will be made on demand, any which way you like them. Everything is constantly refilled, so you have fresh supplies, whenever you want to start your breakfeast. There is parking on the grounds of The Parc Place; the suite even had a garage space with a 16 Amp/h charging outlet. You can reach the city with its many restaurants in three minutes walking. It was a fabulous stay - thank you very much!
