what an amazing find! we had to cut short our original stay to only 1 night due to train times and wished we could have stayed for 2/3 nights. The house is right in the middle of the town and is excellent, the rooms are stunning and well furnished. breakfast was excellent too with ample on offer.

The Ferme is in a lovely, quiet location yet very near to the village of Set Mere Elise with cafes and restaurants. I would definitely go back.

The salon with its fire place has been our most favorite place where we have enjoyed games and drinks in the evening. The location of the accommodation is very close to the Airborne Museum and other hot spots in regards to D-Day. And the insider tips of Madam Laure has been valuable inputs for our daily route planning. Anyway, the hospitality and kindness of the land lords has been the best of all!

A ten rating is not appropriate for the location. I am 78 years and have been traveling in Europe since 1961 and the is the BEST location I have ever stay at bar NONE. Our meals at were outstanding also. My supper the last night was more than outstanding since the owner is also the Chef for the property and a retired English Army Officer.
