We stayed at Villa Martinus for two nights, and of the five bed and breakfasts we stayed at on our trip to Southern France, this is by far our favorite! Martin, the host is wonderful, and goes out of his way to make sure you have a great stay! He even let my husband borrow a jacket when he forgot his at home! Our room and sitting area were very large and comfortable. The bathroom was also roomy, modern and brand new. Breakfast was also by far our favorite and consisted of meats, cheeses, croissants, bread, yogurt, a large assortment of jams that Martin's mother makes, and more. He even made us scrambled eggs one morning. The pool looked amazing, but it was unfortunately too cold to use it when we were there. Martin also speaks excellent English, which is a plus.

The room was perfect! Clean, cozy and full equipped. Luc was so thoughtful especially preparing the room for us, since we were in our honeymoon. He also booked us a table at La Colombe d’Or, the town’s famous restaurant and we loved our meal! Breakfast was amazing, best croissant and pain au chocolat we ever had (Luc dropped them everyday in our window). Michel (Luc’s son) was very helpful, he gave us many tios and went to the town’s entrance to pick us up and show us the parking lot.

Fantastic location in the old village, with communal kitchen area on ground floor. Easy stairs to use to the first floor room. Modern and a great view over the valley. Madaline was a wonderfully friendly host who made us feel very welcomed. We appreciated leaving our luggage there until check in time. Thank you. Definitely recommend this property

The villa is very well located 5 minutes by car from St. Paul-de-Vence. The views from the terrace of the renting apartments are absolutely stunning. The apartment is small, but has everything you might need for a short stay, perfect for couples. The hosts are very nice and they give you the privacy needed. The breakfast was really good, fresh and more than enough to start the day. The free parking place in the courtyard is also very useful.

Bravo, bravo and bravo! We have travelled a lot and to nice places, and when you experience quality in all its aspects we have to share it, giving other travelers the best option for a nice holiday. Sophie and Morgan are the hosts of this beauty hills side place and just have to say that pictures cannot capture how magnificent the view is. The place is renovated lately and everything is in good conditions as the practical part of it, and when you add all of the flavors like hospitality, service minded mentality and great taste in decor and then top it with good sense of humor, you start to get the right impression of this place and the people behind it. We must mention the “cuisine” part in details, as the breakfast was very nice and everything on the table was either made by them self or selected from a special place, very good French speciality experience. We stayed 6 nights, and could have added more days for sure. All in all nice people that would go over the top for you to secure a nice stay. Enjoy. Best holiday wishes. Dorthe and Michael
