Just at the moment when we arrived, the apartment owner exit to meet us, say "hello", to show where to park the car etc ... We really likes the rooms style, cleanness, facilities, breakfast. The most important thing: the owners all the time are there to help you . Sure if you need any advice before or at the time of staying.
