The property is located in the countryside near St Boil, in Burgundy. Our bedroom was specious, very quiet & the bathroom adequate. The breakfast was delicious. Homemade with fresh ingredients, Sylvie's yoghurt bread deserves a special mention. Parking was in the courtyard. There is also a kitchen area for preparing & eating meals. The hostess, Sylvie, is charming, friendly & very helpful. If you are looking for a quiet break in the middle of the French countryside, this venue would be ideal. Highly recommended.

It is really quiet and you feel at home fast. There is beautiful nature around. Perfect for small excursions in the surrounding vineyards and historical sites. Perfect for people with dogs. The bed was just so comfy - we felt like sleeping on coulds. The new owner is renovating the place with keen eye on details. The spa area is super beautiful and you can relax well. The owner is also really open to give you advise or tell you about his bees. We had really nice conversations :) the self-made honey and the breakfast were also great. All in all a perfect and really relaxing stay.

We stopped over, but Le Chateau is perfect for a longer break. Beautiful location, very relaxing and peaceful. Excellent breakfast with home made cake, jams and pancakes. Very welcoming and accomodating hosts, (no problem to leave early on Sunday moring), who provided good restaurant adresses for dinner nearby. Thank you!
