It is a beautiful domain, with a separate indoor/outdoor dining area overlooking the valley and sea beyond. Terrific host, very accommodating, beautiful rugged landscaping in a private area of the valley, donkeys and wildlife abound. So fun to feel like part of the community. Delicious varied dinner and breakfast, good wine. Very cozy, lux, and super clean. The rooms were spotless, well-appointed, and very comfortable. Do not forget to enter by way of the gate you access from the lower church parking lot. Google GPS took us to an alternate footpath entrance through a tiny portal in the old towne village, almost got the car stuck and the owner rescued us. We stayed 7 separate accommodations around the island, while Santini was not the most expensive, it was certainly the most memorable. Stay here you won't be disappointed.

The owners, are unbelievably and GENUINELY nice! They have a very friendly dog if you want to play with her :-) The communication with Suzanne is easy and uncomplicated. Alain showed me all the important things and he made sure that it feels like home. I sincerely had the feeling that the place is mine! The location is close to everything but not noisy. For bikers, this place is great since it is 2 minutes from the curvy roads and they have a massage chair which was like heaven after a day of motorbike ;-) The bed is very comfortable. The summer kitchen is equipped with every possible utensil you can think of! The place is very clean and has it's own entrance (full freedom to go out and come in). The parking is inside protected by a gate. One important thing: on Google maps, this place shows as "Villa Miramonte"

The rooms are larger than pictured and the house offers many amenities including a garden, living room, and dining room. The hosts are very accommodating with English speaking guests and gave great recommendations for activities. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay.
