This was not "a stay", but an EXPERIENCE! The hosts were beyond welcoming and engaging, but took genuine interest and care with their guest. We enjoyed a wonderful home cooked dinner together and they provided me with a breakfast that was too much food to finish. Their home/business tour and it's history was amazing as well. This is far and above the best home stay I have ever experienced and without reservation highly recommend the location if/when you are in the area. Thank you again Emmanuel and Annette!

Very nicely renovated! The room was spacious, comfortable, cozy and clean. Also the common living room where breakfast is served is really nice. Breakfast was really good and the hosts were friendly! We would definitely stay again if we would again be in the area!

This is located in beautiful village amongst rolling fields and a lovely river - with flowers galore (we visited in May). Our charming hosts had converted a part of their home into a perfect adjoining guest suite, with a cute table and chairs outside to sit and drink in the atmosphere! The delicious breakfast every morning was in their dining room, with an amazing view of the water and a "wash house" on the opposing bank of the river (a typical feature in villages that have not been altered by modern construction) - what a view! But the best features were our hosts -- who took a great interest in what had brought us to this part of France (visiting a family home where my husband lived in 1962) and were full of ideas and suggestions. Since they did not speak much English (and we spoke no French), we developed a way to converse through Google Translate - By the end of three days we were pretty conversant in this method, with phones-in-hand, sending messages back and forth even though we were standing right next to each other (peeking over the shoulder to see what each one was writing) almost not wanting to wait for the message to be sent, but jumping in to see the translation appear immediately on the screen! They had hosted for several years, mostly folks from various European countries, but we were their first American guests! Hope we left them with a good impression! We cannot speak enough praise about our time with them, and heartily encourage you to book with them!

Recently tastefully restored farm Manor House. It was very convenient stop on my way from Calais to Italy, not far from the motorway, in a lovely French hamlet. Wonderfully quiet and peaceful. My very welcoming host prepared a very pleasant meal which I enjoyed with some local wine and cheeses.

Quiet village location. Beautiful garden. Attentive hosts. Lovely breakfast (home-made/local produce). We were staying one night en route back from Provence, it was ideally situated for this. Having stayed in the Village on the way down we were worried about evening food options and bought food en route. The take away pizza ordered by another couple smelt delicious we rather wish we had chosen that option! Lots of literature re local places of interest. Fresh flowers in the room and tea/coffee facilities an unexpected bonus.

Interesting period property in a hamlet. Lovely grounds, quiet. Convenient for A5. We were asked if we would like to dine with the owner and other guests and served a delicious meal with wine for a very reasonable price as well as our booked continental breakfast. Convivial German speaking host.

This is an exceptionally well run professional establishment. We are hikers on the Via Francigena and it was a delight to stay in a place which was historic, charming and and innovative at the same time. We very much enjoyed our stay. Its not the cheapest but exceptionally good value for money. As an extra we were offered a free tour of the adjoining mill which was fascinating. The food was excellent.
