Great location just a minute or two walk from shops and restaurants in town and the just across the street from the harbor. Good breakfast and cozy room. Our hostess told us we were only the third American couple she had had in 20 years but she made us feel right at home. We speak limited French but she spoke English quite well. Because the weather was a bit cold, breakfast was served at a common table which we shared with the other guests. It worked out well and we enjoyed meeting them. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

With free access to the outdoor swimming pool, Blanc Marine is located a 5-minute walk from the centre of Noirmoutier-en-l'Île and the beach. Rooms have a private entrance and patio.

Overall, difficult to fault. Whilst normally we would prefer a rural location, this property was an oasis from the suburban surroundings and whilst not 5 minutes walk to the beach or the centre (5 minutes run maybe) it was tolerably close. Jean the host is a born actor, and hence his bonhommie is second to none. The pool in the intense heat was a good size and warm.

Very warming and welcoming. Decorated beautifully and newly done. Everything you need for a perfect few days get away. Beach was 200yds walk away. Enjoyed the morning walks into the small town to get coffee. The hosts provided bikes that you can use for free which was a lovely touch to explore the island. Would definitely recommend to others. The hosts were friendly & provided a lovely breakfast delivered to our door every morning. They ensure you have everything you need while staying.
