The whole property is very clean, especially the living room is so large and convenient. The host is very, very polite and helpful even though they don't speak English, but we can communicate easily with Google Translate. The breakfast is so good. The next morning, we met the son of the host, who speaks English well, and we had chit-chat for a while. That guy is also very polite and helpful. Highly recommended for the couple.

Our room was beautifully appointed and tastefully decorated. It was very conveniently located a short walk to the town centre. Breakfast was delicious. The hosts were most gracious and friendly.

Sometimes you come across people who have a real passion for what they do. Frank ,Benoit & Stefan all have this passion for their business. from the initial greeting until we departed they could not have been more attentive and helpful. Our room was excellent with every comfort we could desire. The Manoir de la Gravette is in a superb location, peaceful and serene. The facilities are excellent with a lovely swimming pool and gardens. The location is excellent but what really made our stay so fantastic was the way that they listened to us ( even though we did not notice) , On our 1st evening they gave us an excellent recommendation for dinner and even drove us to and collected us from the restaurant. The recommendation was superb and we had a beautiful evening in the square in Montauban. The next evening however was incredible. We had spoken about our love for traditional French food and wine and the meal we received was excellent. Superb starter with 3 types of Pate du Canard , a fantastic Confit du Canard and a mouth watering Tarte du Pomme. My wife had mentioned she had she had tasted a lovely Pinot Blanc earlier and lo and behold what was produced for Dinner but a bottle of the same. The effort made by all 3 to ensure our stay at La Gravette was memorable was incredible. Unfortunately we had to depart but we received a parting gift of a bottle of the Pinot Blanc. We cannot recommend La Gravette highly enough. On this trip to France we have stayed in amazing venues and had amazing meals but nothing can compare to our stay in La Gravette= it was incredible. Very nice appartment with acces to pool and dog friendly. Good breakfast available. A private indoor parking place also available. Also montabau a nice city with a lot of restaurants and shops

This room was undoubtedly in my top 1 of places I've stayed for 1 night. Unbelieveable lay out and excellent ideas within it. Loved every bit of it. Amazing!!

We loved our hosts, who made us very welcome and were delightful, interesting people. They make GREAT preserves, too, from local, organic fruits they harvest from their own garden or get from friends nearby. The accommodation is really a whole floor of the house, so you get a suite, really. There is a bedroom with big windows, and across the landing a room kitted out with fridge, kettle, microwave and lots of treats, plus the bathroom. As other reviewers have pointed out, having some French will considerably augment your pleasure! You'll be having breakfast in the kitchen with them, and they are enthusiastic and talkative...in French. We loved them, and will stay again the next time we're passing through Montauban! They gave us lots of good tips, and lent us their bicycles, too. (Don't miss the Musee Ingres. It's fab.)
