The host also went out of his way to make sure we had coffee and a light eat before we had to leave early in the morning which we really appreciated.

All comfort is there an also small things ( coffee, tea, main herbs) etc. Bathroom at each bedroom. Good wifi. Great that you can rent a beach cabin at the only 300m distant beach. Very good bakery at a 2 min stroll away. Mers and Le Treport are very close but Mesnil has s nice atmosphere.
