This was one of the best hotels in France. The 3 rooms are incredible, breakfast is phantastic. But the highlight are the owners, Luc and Marianne. Their support (they made reservations in great restaurants), the decoration (every morning another breakfast dishes) is really unique. We have never seen a hotel like Provence km28. Andreas & Alex.

The hosts treated us like family members, eager to share the beauties of the area. Delicious and thoughtful homemade breakfasts - my husband is wondering if Sophie and Laurent will share the french toast recipe!! We were also happy not to have been directly in the town of Gordes but just a few minutes away by car to enjoy some peace. Property is beautifully landscaped, and we really enjoyed cooling off in the pool after our visit to the Village of the Bories and the Abbey (go for Vespers!)

This is probably the best place I have ever stayed, location, hospitality, genuine feeling of being in the heart of Provence, views, breakfast, swimming pool…. Lots of nice details which made our stay unforgettable. I hope to have a chance to come back. I was reluctant to write a review because it would be booked more ;) but it’s really deserves 10 out of 10 stars without a doubt.

Location and accommodations were magical. Such a serene and relaxing place to stay while in Provence. The owners were incredibly accommodating and took care of their guests. The rooms were incredibly clean, beautiful and every detail well thought out. The breakfast was especially wonderful.

Everything! We stayed at the “Flower Suite”, which was absolutely beautiful. With vaulted ceilings, king size bed, luxurious linens, walk-in closet, gorgeous bathtub, a walk-in shower, and a direct access to the lush gardens, with private sitting area. The owner, Pierre, was amazing! He went above and beyond to make our stay more memorable. We had typical Provançal lunch in the garden, while enjoying the sound of cicadas… The pool was sparkly clean to enjoy on a hot summer day. In the evening, we walked 5 minutes to the charming village Gordes for dinner. Merci beaucoup Pierre, for hosting us at Villa Hautvallon. We were very sad to leave…

Domaine de l’Enclos was the perfect luxury getaway and base for us to explore this beautiful French region. The spacious chateau was instantly relaxing and peaceful, with the gardens and room layout combining to make it feel like our own private oasis. Jean Luc, Carole, Cathy and Yannick were genuine super hosts, creating a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, providing us with daily recommendations for restaurants and other attractions, and proactively making our stay very memorable. The chateau itself was beautiful, with a pool and games room, and perfectly located a short stroll into Gordes. The whole family loved our stay and can’t wait to make the trip back from Australia to stay again. I couldn’t recommend it more highly and have told all my friends about this hidden gem!

The village is called Les Emberts. It's a charming village, tucked away like a well kept secret. Le Clos is clearly the gem. the garden is so pretty, with chairs strewn around to lounge in.
